These are some tips. I think you can still be good without combat training; actually playing against real people and understanding what they do is more beneficial than the tactics of bots. I never did combat training and still became a solid player.
I played some campaign but didn't care much for the story and all the missions started feeling generic after awhile. The true appeal of COD is the multiplayer; that's where it really excels in my opinion.
Kino is my favorite map. I love the theater setting and the location of Pack-a-Punch. It's also a great map to make zombie trains on, just running around the stage.
The lava ruined Black Ops 2 zombies for me. So annoying every time you would step in it. I didn't care for the maps as well and it felt like they were rushed. The first Back Ops had much better zombies with maps like Kino and Ascension and the characters were better as well.
Usually blackbird, chopper gunner, and dogs. It's a very useful combination that gets you the most kills. Once you get a blackbird it's fairly easy to get the next two. Another combination I like is counter-spy plane (to target others that use UAV/blackbird), napalm, and attack helicopter.
I'm Rico and I love to write music, watch movies, and play video games. The first COD game I played was Black Ops and it continues to be my favorite. Other COD games I play include Black Ops 2 and MW2. Haven't tried Ghosts yet but I plan to eventually. Aside from COD I like Zelda, Mario, Dark...
I have so many favorites from Black Ops… tough to choose. I'd say my favorite is Nuketown mostly because that's where I got my first 100 kills and it's extremely easy to spawn kill. Plus it's the best map for a chopper gunner! Second favorite would be Summit; I love the elevated snow setting and...
As everyone is saying, the franchise will sometime come to an end. I don't really see it slowing down as of now. If people keep buying, then they'll keep making new games. Although, it seems like players are getting less pleased with the games as they go on so maybe they should somehow change...
I think Black Ops is a great game and I still play occasionally with my brother. It was the first COD game I ever played so I like to get back on even if it's never going to be as fun as when I used to play with my friends. The awesome guns and maps are reason enough to play it; zombies as well.
It seems as if everyone cares more about multiplayer than campaign when it comes to Call of Duty. Personally, I've done single player for a little but have always found the multiplayer to be more engaging. This is largely due to it being so competitive and also more personal with the way you can...
What I always did in Kino with friends:
Don't buy any guns until the next room. Probably open a door by round 4 or so. After that get to the stage quickly, turn on the power and buy the bowie knife and use that until round 11 (it's a one-hit kill and it gets you so many points). Then find the...
Black Ops 2 multiplayer is one of my least favorite in the series. I really liked the time period from the first Black Ops and it would have been nice if the sequel stuck with that. Overall I felt the maps to be lacking (nothing as great as Firing Range, Nuketown, WMD, Summit, so on) and the...
