Greetings, Devil Dog! Welcome to the Call of Duty Forums. It looks like you're looking forward to Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, but haven't created an account yet. Why not take a minute to Guys... Devs... Seriously? SERIOUSLY??? First, you brought in the DUMBEST crap with Godzilla and King Kong. Then, all of these ridiculous masks. Then, bunnies...BUNNIES?! WTF??
Now, we have those, friggin' RATS, The Big Bad Wolf, the 'Aztec' skin that makes Valeria look like she has a giant turkey glued to her head (AzTurkey?), Crash Bandicoot animations, and now freakin' Kitties...KITTIES??? AND, Superheroes and superpowers??? Jaysus. H. Roosevelt. Christ!
It's RIDICULOUS!!!! Why not just BECOME Fortnite, with all the little cutesy crap? Make us able to fly, or use hoverboards? Maybe let us shoot laserbeams out of our eyes...
You guys have seriously lost your souls, and have forgotten why CoD was (stressing that word) the leader in FPSs - the military aspects of the game; strategy; the combat play focus. Now, you're going along with the rest of the sheep (lemmings?) to draw in the most irritating players who just like to run around "Leeeeeeeroy Jenkins!" style, who don't know what team-play is, and who are literally there, it seems, to annoy and even troll other players. You're using cash grabs with the "cute" garbage, and appealing to the Millennial and Gen Z players who have grown up with bad animation, and bad games that, while the tech is there for fantastic graphics, better play, and so on, are now in 8-bit and/or are ridiculously overdone (e.g., giant bobbleheads; big top, little body; half Anime robot, half squirrel...).
Honestly, is this what we can expect from now on? You all are SO talented and SO capable - what the hell has happened; did you just give up?!
If you are trying to alienate your veteran base and even new players who have come here for the heretofore, reputed "CoD Experience" and turn years of awesome into Fortnite, et al garbage, you are rapidly succeeding! I have mates who not only quit playing, but actually uninstalled MW2 when the "bunny suits" came out, and who have gone to Battlefield or other FPSs they have, until recently, liked less than CoD, and who have stated they have no plan to return to you - mates who played CoD for YEARS!
You guys can - and have, which is why it's confusing (and sad) - do SOOOO much better!!!!
