Bad glare on Xbox one

ReconScout

Recruit
In the campaign mode I started getting a light glare that makes it almost impossible to see, especially the enemy. Even in low light conditions, like the tunnels with the laser sensors I have to disarm and the hangar where I need to sneak around in.
It's almost like I have Night Vision Googles on. I shut down and restarted the Xbox one several times. Checked to make sure the brightness and gamma are not high. I tried the "fix" of holding down the power button on the console until it shuts down. Someone mentioned to "wait under the shaders are fully loaded." I don't see anything on the console screen about that anywhere, but in the previous version on my desktop, I saw that all the time, and they never fully loaded.
I can't seem to find another solution. This hasn't been an issue since I 1st bought the game, just the last 2 weeks or so. Because of this, I have avoided playing it since it's almost impossible to play without getting constantly killed because I have to look at the ground to avoid this bug.

Thanks in advance.

For a company that has made Billions of dollars from us, the customers, you think they would spend a fraction of that to fix this bug. NONE of the "fixes" I found work. I tried MS "fix":
Please follow the steps below and see if it helps.
Step 1 (did this twice)
1. Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
2. Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply. (I did this twice, and waited at least 30 seconds with the power cable unplugged)
3. Plug the console power cable back in.
4. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

Step 2
If it still doesn't work, kindly try to refresh your operating system and delete all potentially corrupted data without deleting your games or apps.

Note: Make sure that you know your account logins before doing this step. Also, this will remove all your Home Xbox associations.

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide. (I did this twice, still zilch!)
2. Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info > Reset console.
3. On the Reset your console? screen, you'll select Reset and keep my games & apps.

Thanks for leaving your customers with an unplayable bug Activision!
