Hello fellow CODM players!

I'm here today to share my experience and hopefully help others who might be going through the same thing. My account recently got banned, and I'm pretty sure it was due to hacking, not because I cheated. I tried to explain this to Garena's customer service, but it seems like they're not listening.

I received a message from Garena saying my account was banned for policy violations, but I know I didn't cheat. I think my account got hacked and the hacker might have done something to trigger the ban. I've been playing CODM for a while now, and I'm pretty careful with my account security.

I already tried contacting Garena's support, but they said the ban is final and won't reconsider it. That's why I'm sharing my story here, hoping someone might be able to help or offer some advice.

If this happens to you, don't give up! Try contacting their support again, and again, and again if needed. You can also post on the forums like I'm doing now, and share your story. The community might be able to help, and who knows, maybe Garena will listen.
