Call of Duty MW trees are twitching/flickering

I recently bought Modern Warfare on PC through Battle.net and I noticed the trees and leaves in games have a nasty flicker/twitch to them. I tried putting the in-game settings to Default and the problem still persisted. I also set the Nvidia Control panel settings to default as I did modify a lot of the settings and it's still happening. My PC specs: RTX 2070 Super, i5-6600k, and 16GB ddr4 ram. Video:

I suggest that you turn everything on low in the grafix section in modern warfare. See if that helps

LMFAO. yeah since its like a 500-600 dollar Graphics card turn it all on low???? I would reinstall the driver and delete the old one. CUSTOM INSTALL Not express. reset nvidia and game settings. I mean why even have a dam card like that and not use the capabilities as in nice graphics frame rate ETC. I see streamers out the ass do this, just so they can see people better. I'm not that dam big into the game and spend money on my setup to use the lowest graphics that look like 2002 graphics
