Can't get past splash screen for MW3 PC on game pass (0x3) error

Hi every one
I have a big issue with cod mw3 on gampass After a painful download for the 150 gb in my potato connection i cant even open the game its crash on startup with error (0x3) and i tried every fix on YouTube with no help (reset Xbox app - rest game service - reset game - update windows - repair game data) with no help.

What version of Windows?
How much free space on your harddrive?
Any apps that you can turn off?
What type of connection and what speed does it run at?
Do any other games run ok?

Windows 10 last updated (i upgraded to 11 today with no help sadly )Free space on C 12 gb
on game partition 80 gb
i tried turn off all services expect Microsoft and all apps on background without any help
i have 2 internet line vdsl 3 mb/s and 4g line 10 mb /s
all other games work very good (on gamepass and others launchers)

Edit:

I managed to get it work
What i did
1-Go to add / remove programs and go to all Microsoft visual c++ and press modify and repair (one by one)
2-If you have epic / riot anti cheat instated remove it
3-go to my doc and delete all of call of duty folders right there.
4-Remove Xbox app and Xbox live service and reset mw3 from app menu in windows
5-download Xbox app from Xbox web site not from Microsoft store and install in as admin.

Reboot your windows

Done!
