Hey all,
I keep getting the same 'Connection failed' message for the last week. 'could not connect to online services. Connection interrupted by user'. I have reinstalled the game. Power cycled my XBOX Series X and rebooted router and still no progress. Dropped a support ticket as well and no response. Any suggestions please? thanks!
Right, I found out I have been permanently banned for cheating but I haven't cheated at all. Iplay on xbox series x and that is it. I have a standard and elite controller and am the only person that plays on my console. I have no idea why this has happened. Filed an appeal.
