Warzone 3.0 Chat Banned for 3 Days for no reason

I received My 1st Chat Ban in 3 Years last night. I've never gotten one before mostly because I Run with Proximity off, so even if I were Running My Mouth (Which I wasn't) Nobody besides My Team would Hear it anyways. So can Anyone explain Why & how this happened? What's the Criteria? Does Activision just Ban You based off Reports alone without confirming a Rule was actually broken? Cause that's what it feels like. They wouldn't even let Me Contest it because apparently You can only Appeal Permanent Bans.

Same thing just happened to me last night it was weird I was s confused I like never speak in game the only time I do is when a kid is trash talking so I just say 1v1 me that is usually the only thing I say.
