Cod copy file !! Bug

Has anyone else got the issue on PS4 every time I load cod it does the copy file again .. it finishes and works and I can then afterwards play cod but shutting down the PS4 and the. Starting up again I have the same issue.. I’ve seen people that cannot get it to finish its download but mine it works it just does it every time I start cod the next time I go to play it .. any suggestions?
