Playing today, I ran across a guy that I unloaded most of my clip into, but he won the shoot out, no problem I am use to it sometimes, I noticed he was a ninja like me so I started to spectate, and saw instantly he still had full 200% armor, never saw he recharge. While he went after another I noticed that fighting another player he was getting hit but his armor never dropped. First is this worth reporting , second has anyone ever noticed this before, and last if I should report exactly where and how ?
