So for starters I have an RTX 2060, Ryzen 5 3600X, 16GB 3200MHz ram. When I play the game, on either lowest settings or normal settings graphics wise the game will randomly stutter to maybe 1 FPS.. sometimes less. This typically happens if I tab out of the game but other times it will happen randomly no matter what. When the game is running good i'll typically get over 120 FPS but it is impossible to play one game without getting a stutter that brings me down to 1 FPS. in this same time I am monitoring my CPU and GPU usage, and when the frame drops, the CPU/GPU % usage will go from around 75% to 5-10% as if they just shut off. All Drivers for CPU/GPU are up to date.. any thoughts?

Also, this will happen in game menus, as well as in game.

So you auto run Steam, Epic, Origin and Ubi Play at startup?

My first thought was it might be a network issue, but then you added that it can happen in the menus too, so I think it could be background processes like games updating while you play.

I thought so as well, but then I ended all other tasks besides discord blizzard, and warzone itself, issue still persists. Currently reinstalling but I can't think of any other reasons..

EDIT** Disabling windows automatic recording seems to fix this issue, Windows Settings, Gaming, Captures, Disable background recording.

I've never used Windows automatic recording so I would never have thought to check that.

I did think it was a background task so glad I could help look in the right direction.
