COOP Mode: How do I enable Weapon Attachments?

In COOP mode, when I buy a gun, it is "stock". How do you get the guns to have the attachments in my loadouts? I have seen other players with customized guns. Am I Missing something here? Thanks for the help.

Go to the Weapons tab and then click Loadouts.
