Error in a Loading Screen (Download Game)

I bought the game on a profile shared with my brother (in his profile - ps4). The game worked the first time, then it gets stuck on that screen. Does anyone know how to solve? Thanks


On the other hand, the games that are on my profile work normally oíndice.jpgn his game
