FPS Cap 30FPS/GPU Usage at 99%

Zoneless

Recruit
So in MENU (only the menu) I have a FPS cap at 30FPS & 99% GPU usage. This is only an issue in the Menu. During gameplay everything is fine capped at 143.997 frames (Monitors refresh rate)

I have tried; Maxing FPS menu options, lowering to 60FPS Max, All different display options (Fullscreen, Borderless, exclusive ETC), tried repairing the game, fixing drivers updating/reverting drivers and nothing is fixing this.

Along with this issue when I close my game (quit game/exit to windows) when I go to reboot it says my game crashed previously since the GPU is maxed out in the menu. It glitches and lags terrible even rips my screen apart (only when I click close game).

I’m beggining to get frustrated with this game and I can’t find any research or issues alike.

so I had the same issue recently on 5/6/2024 and the way to solve it was that I had a setting turned on in the game that I had on and it was called PATH TRACING + RAY RECONSTRUCTION It's in graphics/quality and you'll find it there turning that off fixed that issue for me.
