FPS suddenly low out of nowhere

I usually run 110-170 fps and now since yesterday I'm running around 40-70 fps and don't know why I've tried reinstalling, restarting my pc, checking for viruses, verifying the integrity of the files and lowering in game settings. And nothing seems to be working any fix?

Try rebooting your modem. Another thing is that it may not be you but some bad switch/router somewhere along the transmission route.
