Game Crashes Shortly After Startup

I'm trying to run MWIII on a i5-10400f with 1660 Super with 6gb of vram and 16gb of ddr4. On Battle.net. There are two corded xbox one controllers, a mouse, a keyboard, and an external drive attached. On Win10 22H2. Every time I launch the game and get past the intro cutscene and start to adjust my settings the game will crash after a few seconds. After which it will just close leaving no directx error or anything. All I've been able to go off of is the crash logs I can generate. I was getting a RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64 error originally. I changed some settings around in the windows security app under exploit protection overriding system settings and it made that error go away. Now I'm presented with a different culprit gameinputsvc.exe giving me an APPCRASH error. Should also mention that I've uninstalled Dragon Center and pretty much everything msi including the sdk and for some god forsaken reason still get CC_Engine_x64.exe as the culprit for a BEX64 error. Yes all my drivers are up to date, yes I'm on the latest windows version, yes I've tried running everything with admin privileges + disabled fullscreen optimization + override dpi scale by application. I've tried everything included doing a clean install using display driver uninstaller. Any and all help would be much appreciated as I've pretty much exercised the extent of my technical knowledge. I'm still thinking it's a memory leak. Thanks in advance.
