Game keeps freezing in main menu

I was playing the game with no issues and all of a sudden, game keeps freezing on me when I go into multiplayer. Crashes my Xbox series X and takes me to the dashboard. Gives me a white screen when it crashes. Please help someone. I tried restarting my console and other things I found on the internet.

Mine game crashed aswel last night but it didn't crash my PS. Try reinstalling the game!

i tried reinstalling the game. Still doesnt work and freezes in the main menu. i tried different games and they work just not this game.. so weird

Try this....

Press the Xbox button on your controller, then head to Settings > System Settings > Storage. Highlight a storage device, then hit the Y button on your controller to access Device Options. Select Clear System Cache, and confirm by selecting Yes.

I am having the same issue money swoosh. Same exact thing. Have left unplugged for 2 min, reinstalled and uninstalled everything. Nothing seems to work. Weird white red skin when going to multiplayer then kicks me to Xbox series x dashboard. Help someone lol

Update. Uninstalled and reinstalled 2 times. Tried installing just multiplayer and base game. Restored Xbox, cleared cache by unplugging Xbox for 2 minutes. Go to get on BO6 and as soon as I get into multiplayer it crashes, can’t go to loadouts, select anything. After 5 seconds sound goes out. Flashes and yellowish red white screen then kicks me to Xbox dashboard. Able to play campaign. Just not zombies or multiplayer. Game worked fine yesterday.

Same exact issue with me Greenish Yellow white screen. Kicks me out every time i press multiplayer to dashboard making my console restart every time. i tried everything already. I called Xbox and they will call me back on Saturday. I also tried lots of things with Xbox on the phone. Xbox team said I'm not the only one experiencing this issue. I guess we sit and wait.
