Warzone graphics and lag when i shoot people.

hi ive recently downloaded warzone and starting playing, i dont have the best computer and a even worse 60 hertz monitor and im okay with all my settings on low with 60 fps. but what is bugging me is i lag a little in beggning but comes out fine and can move around fine with 60 fps solid. but when i got to zoom in or shoot my gun i lag for about a second and either i die cause when i come back im dead or i lag into a shot and somhow kill them can anyone help? i have all the settings on low as they can go. and im on a wired stable connection with no packetloss or anyhting, i have noticed when i turn on the info in game that the CPU TIMe is solid at 10-13 ms and when i get the 1-2 second lag when i shoot my gun or a fire fight it jumps to 27ms then back down after the 1-2 seconds

I would go into your Video card settings on the taskbar also and put it on performance (if you haven't already also). . only 8 gig ram hurting with that video card, But I understand .
