HELP.. Custom Loadouts

I played a game of Zombies and went back to Multiplayer and all my load outs are there, but I can't use them, it defaults to a weapon and no tactical and even using the default ones, does not load up the correct weapons. I have deleted the game/saves and deleted all my load outs and still the same..

I have the same problem. Have resolved it yet?
