Warzone HELP | Freezes and lags in Warzone

This game was always lag and freeze on my PC.

What I need to do?

I have:
16GB RAM
Nvidia Geforce RTX 2060 Super 8GB
Intel Core I5-11400F
Game and battle net installed in SSD M.2 Samsung 980 1TB drive

But when I load this game, game start lag and freeze, also in menu and in everything map of this game.

But when I click Windows key (If Warzone in windowed mode), then my FPS getting better to maybe 100-150 FPS, but when I click back to the game, FPS getting to 0. I can't do anything, and on screen I watch a image slideshow, the slideshow in my screen show me next image maybe after 5-8 second. That's mean that I have maybe 1 FPS per 5-8 seconds.

My internet connection are good:
9 ms PING
150 Mbps download speed
20 Mbps Upload speed

All my drivers are updated to the last drivers.I don't have any crash or something like that, but I can close the game with task manager and press the close button in Windows menu.

I have an file adv_options!



I changed the VideoMemoryScale to 0.75 and 0.5, and also RendererWorkerCount to 6, but it doesn't helped me

I have a battle net Logs in my appdata/local directory. But I don't understand what is it.
I have a screenshot and video, how it works, but I cant upload video.

I have searched for the error code from your screenshot at the end of your post but didn't find anything related to that specific code, I did find this though, which goes through the more commonly encountered errors.

It is possible that you might have a corrupted file in your Windows installation, in which case you could try to fix it using the Windows tool called System File Checker, click here for instructions.

Lastly, Windows logs any unusual activity and error events, you can view these events and use the information to debug and correct them, the application to do this is known as Event Viewer (I think they stayed up all night to come up with that name), if your issue is being logged you will find information about it in the Event Viewer, this site shows how to do it.

I have checked by sfc /scannow, and checked logs in event viewer, and nothing. All clear, only get error while close Warzone with task meneger

well i have no idea systems specs good it should be rocking just fine. hope you find problem.

I have almost this exact same issue.
Haven't played warzone for a few months but wanted to give season 2 a go.
With all settings on lowest I get unplayable lag just like you, 1 frame every 5 seconds or so.

My specs;
Ryzen 9 5900X
Asus ROG STRIX B550-A GAMING
Nvidia RTX 3080-Ti
Crucial Ballistix 16GB
WDC WDS100T2B0C 1TB

Other games play fine. I get over 18,000 on 3DMark

I've tried deleting and reinstalling the game but its exactly the same.
I did notice the graphics settings were remembered after the reinstall, so maybe not everything was removed.

Does anyone know what I have to delete to reset them?

I managed to fix it.

remove the folder "C:\Users\[user]\Documents\Call of Duty Modern Warfare"

this seems to reset the game. Now I'm getting 150+ fps
