That looks like the exe for single player. Have you tried to reload the game or go into properties and set it to run as administrator?

Yes I was launching it as an administrator with Windows 7 compatibility even before posting this thread here but and it still gave that error in the above screenshot.

I have heard that doing this will sometimes help.

Go to C/Users/Public Create a new folder “Documents”
