I can't access mwiii by trying the CD

Hi everyone, I hope you can help me.

I have the physical game, and for a few weeks now, I've been trying to access COD mwiii, and it redirects me to the Play Store to purchase the cross-gen game.

I've reset the license, deleted it, and installed it four times (from the CD and from the Play Store). I've contacted Activision, and they haven't helped. Their last piece of advice is to reset the PlayStation to factory settings...

Has this happened or is happening to anyone else? Have you found a solution?

Hi. I encountered the same problem. Now I'm trying to reinstall everything from scratch. I even deleted the data on the console. What solutions did Activision support offer? If you find a solution, please write it. I will be very grateful to you friend

I think you also have to download the Add-ons from the app store. It happened a while back to people. I think one of the problems was, that you had to disable one of the add ones to play the game I think??? Don't remember it well but you can YOUTUBE IT
