I got voice chat ban

So I guess I have gotten a voice chat ban. I did not receive any notification of any kind. Did I use harsh language? Yes. I did. However, it was probably out of frustration about an OBVIOUS hacker. So I get a punishment, but the following cheats are allowed to happen?

• 54.0 kill/death ratio?
• A Drone Swarm in less than a minute of game time (18 kills in a row are required- you do the math)
• A MOAB from a player with a 2.3 kill/death ration (Again - the math does not work)
• The "magic" end of game Gunship when no one on the team that gets it have the score to support it
• Enemies appearing with a blue dot over their head making it appear that they are a friendly
• Lag hacks
• Invisible players

So I vent my frustration over this complete BS and I get punished? Seriously?

I am in a chat ban loop. I come off a 14 day, proximity off, lobby only, and within an hour of playing in chat banned again. It's ridiculous. I've been banned since mw3 came out.

The thing is, there is a "incremental" strikes system on the other end. Microsoft has their own version of the 10 points/incremental punishment system in Xbox Live's moderation system, the reason why I am bringing this up is because Microsoft now owns Activision.

Both are separate.

The voice chat ban is related to the SBMM/EOMM system running in the background. It's an algorithm.

Like, if people report you in the lobby after the match is done - and they sometimes spam it, they some times do it in teams, and so on. Increments of reports, you're banned. It's all over YouTube. Moreover, hacking has gotten so bad, there are tools that allow hackers to be basically "moderators." Not even a joke, go look it up on YouTube. This is real. So, those cheaters? Moderators.

It's nuts because most of my bans have been from mocking guys that degrade me. As soon as they hear me talk, I get all sorts of slurs. I'm not soft lol, I've been playing cod for about a 20 years now. It's never been like this. I don't understand why you're muted when they have the option to mute you themselves. They're choosing to interact, lol. Last one I got a week or so ago, I said "really, you just fking knew where I was?" And said it laughing. I'm 90% sure it was a bot. I was immediately muted lol.

I want to know what I said that was so offensive? Let’s boycott the next game! I’m going to push Don’t buy COD! Look how these people push to turn them in, “report players.” There’s another regime in history that did this. Power of cash!
