Increase fps in Black Ops 7

I am playing Black Ops 7 with lowest details in 1080p on the following configuration:

The average fps is roughly 110.

Is this what is to be expected?

If yes, which parts have to be replaced to increase the fps? If no, what are the common mistakes leading to low frame rates?

What monitor do you have? Quite often framerate is restricted by the refresh of the monitor.

It's a gaming monitor with 280 Hz.

That sounds a bit low to me. I am running close to that setup only 4090 and I get about 230fps @ 1440
my pc specs are in my signature.

I am running everything max and 110 field of view

Are you letting Nvidia App optimize your in game graphics settings? I installed the game and let Nvidia take care of the GPU settings and it maxes out everything in game using Quality settings. You might try letting NVidia optimize it in performance settings.
@1080 260fps does not give me much better fps then 1440
