The guy on the right side of the picture is Mark Rubin.

Sorry for probably that Stupid Question, but I needed to be absolutely 100% sure if the picture your talking about is the one that I think you're talking about.

So that means that the guy on the left must be Steve Ackrich, the head of Infinity Ward, Correct?
In the second image, the man on the RIGHT is Mark Rubin. That leaves... what? The man on the LEFT is the guy you looking for.
