Multi Looking for a Clan

I'm looking for an 18+ clan that is active during evenings and nights in the Pacific Standard time zone (6PM - 12PM). I have seen too many "big" clans where there are thousands of people who are never on, never active, and never play together. If I join a discord and I don't see recent activity, I leave.

I am also not interested in joining a clan that only does S&D. I hate that mode... I'm also not looking for a clan that is sweaty AF. People need to play the objective, but I'm sick of people who use clans to flex how good they are. No one cares what your k/d is. I am just looking for an active, chill group that wants to play, shoot the sh*t, and have fun.

Forgot to mention, looking for ppl that play Multiplayer (no interest in Warzone or Zombie).

Having just started, and not yet begun active recruiting, I cant promise it will be exactly what your hoping, but if you are willing to join as basic member or officer the outcome of our shared design forming successfully is much more likely.
You seek a clan that will hopefully meet what your looking for. Im hoping instead that you join me in forming it that way. The hope not spread over multiple points but on the single point of making the clan successful by filling its ranks with more players who share what we seek.
Members with more focus on enjoying gameplay and not creating a negative experience win or loose. Initially increasing membership ranks with players who are more active and even the casual players strive to improve, or as you phrased get sweaty AF. If I hope to build this clan up, I need members and officers with the fundamental clan formation that are in-line with what I had in mind. You listed what you sought and is what I seek for recruitment as well. So It's a gamble that won't provide immediate fulfillment of everything, basically high risk high reward situation. As a gamer with a vast amount of experience (including successful clans in games that have come and gone) I'm pretty sure that if things are not moving towards a successful outcome, you won't have wasted much more time than joining a established clan that is more of the same that brought you to the point of seeking one on here. My decision to form a new clan wasn't made easily, but was the best way of breaking away from all the clans that are frequently just more of the same. The cookie cutter clans that put quantity over quality. I don't mean that in terms of new or less skilled members, but vast membership of players in a state of offline, or rarely play with the same members enough to feel they are much different than any other random player matched up with except with a shared clan tag attached to their name.

To bring back the clan feeling that provides the more rare feeling of knowing those you play with, and members having their input consistently help shape and reshape as the future unfolds. (New game changes and modes for example)

Interested I'm from doom.. quake quake2 and 3 days I don't think the kids understand clans???? Weekly matches are a thing of the past and all I see is noob this noob that I was playing on 56k modems before they were even born what happened to good old clans they just carry a tag and don't even have meetings monthly it's so funny it's unreal what you offering and can we get something going I can do we design and buy a domain i miss weekly clan matches from quake days
