That's usually a driver/DIRECT X related issue.. If yer updated on the GPU drivers, a roll back might help..

If I were you, I'd delete older CoD games, and just keep MW2 installed if that's what you want to play.
You need to remember, they all use the same engine, so the code may be overlapping.
