Hello!
Recently my game has started crashing every time I select any mission on evidence board - always with the 887A0005 error code. I suspect that this has begun after installing the newest update, I'm not fully sure though. Everything works fine while I'm playing the first mission, but the crashes occur only with this evidence board, so the campaign becomes unplayable.
Here's what I tried to do (and nothing worked):
-> checking if my graphics drivers are up-to-date
-> installing older versions of graphics drivers
-> installing all Windows updates
-> scanning and repairing the game
-> reinstalling the game
-> playing game in safe mode
-> enabling and disabling HAGs
-> uninstalling high resolution assets
-> performing a "clean launch" (just deleting game's folder in Documents so that the game had default settings and deleted saves)
My specs:
-> CPU: Intel Core i7-6700K (overclocked)
-> MB: MSI Z170A Gaming Pro Carbon
-> GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Gaming X
-> Hard drive where the game is installed: 2x 1TB WD Blue WD10EZEX (running in RAID0)
-> OS: Windows 10
-> 4K monitor
My graphics settings are basically set to Ultra with disabled ambient occlusion (and disabled ray tracing, obviously). I play in 4K with 50% resolution scaling (so the graphics is being rendered in 1080p).
Do you have any ideas what can solve this issue?
