Greetings, Devil Dog! Welcome to the Call of Duty Forums. It looks like you're looking forward to Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, but haven't created an account yet. Why not take a minute to I have made a realism clan. I have everything that is needed to run a clan i.e the site, application process, BCT etc. This is a tactical realism clan for the console. I have been in tactical realism clans previous on the PC and enjoyed it, to the extent that upon not finding one at all on the console, I decided to make my own. What I am looking for in this first instance is to get a team of individuals on the same page and run it together. You will be part of my command staff for the unit.
Abit about the unit.
At present we have room for 2 platoons, one PS3 and one XBOX 360. There is also 2 squads in each platoon with the space to expand within. We aim to be a tactical realism unit, that focuses on the life of a modern day soldier, with real life tactics, lingo and ranking structure and application process and protocol, yet not being too strict thus allowing members to enjoy the experience. The best part of the unit is that we allow all players of various skill. As we focus on team work and tactical play whilst out on opperations. We have a fully functioning forum and website. And a structure to our opperation that allows us to do something with the least possible hassle. Every member will work for each other.
What I Am Looking For
I am looking for a select team of individuals to take this to the next level. Previous experience not nesecerry as I dont see many who have had experience running something like this before. You must be mature, and have a cool head on your shoulders. You must be able to work as part of a team and delegate orders efficiently amd fairly. You will have the full support of myself and your own section of the forum to discuss things in. You need to have plenty of spare time on your hands in the beginning as we will be running the whole thing until we get soldiers in and trained in various aspects of the DMOS.
