Secondary weapon is stuck when using overkill perk

My secondary weapon is stuck on the Bryson 800 shotgun, and will not switch to anything else

do you have it on the right perk

The overkill perk is the only perk that lets you use a primary weapon as a secondary weapon, I've used it in every other call of duty game I played so I know how it's supposed to work

theres crap bugging out, the field upgrade wouldnt throw tacticle camera out if i equipped it but if i pick it up in game it will wtf.
