Suspension Issue

I have lost over 1500 SR within the last week for something completely out of my control. Every time I Start a match and it will place me in a lobby, then (I haven't touched anything) it will say "match started." I will wait another minute and all of a sudden the game would then say SUSPENSION (-30, -50, -200 SR. - it always gets worse the more times it happens). Sometimes I do load in and get to play, however, at least one out of every five/ten games it suspends me. I am curious if ANYONE is working on this issue? I've spent countless hours trying to hit Plat and ra week ago when I hit Diamond 3 it happened 5 times in a row and took 1000 SR total. I got a new Xbox, new router, new modem, hard wired, watches every video on 'what settings to have on' and had Spectrum Internet at my apartment telling me my Internet is suberb. After all that, it is happening again.. This is getting a little ridiculous and I see other people having this happen to them. I would just love to have someone tell me SOMEONE is working on this??
