The One Thing That Has Ruined C.O.D

I have Played cod since 1992 when i started with black ops 2 the best cod i have ever played and i totally love coming home putting on the ps2 yes i started there not xbox and just findind a game and just going with it those were the days and so it went on through chosts,advance warefare.back op 3 and 4 don't get me started on infinte warfare or vangauard i also likede ww2 but i am getting off topic.
The 1 thing i am refering too came in first with cold war and the onwards that being CROSS PLAY the bigest mistake they have ever made this open us up to the mega amounts of cheating and hacking that we now see every day in moden warefae 3 and i hope not in Black ops 6.
This idea in theroy was a good one however it was like opening pandora's box and we have all paid the price i am afraid. Now i have nothing against the playstation players they are in the same boat as us xbox players but the p,c players that's a different story. If i asked most console players what they think p.c means in regards to cod they will almost all say PROBALY CHEATING which is how most pc players are seen we all know we have had a hacking and cheating problem in cod for forever but it totally exploded after cross play was forced on us by activision.
How many people have turned off cross play trying to get away from these cheats great for play station no so for xbox players thats to game pass.

This only PC players cheat argument is beyond old. Do most console players have a computer? Yes. Do they have a thumb drive? Can they download a hack into the thumb drive and then install the hack on their console? OF Course THEY CAN. It's not rocket science. I have played about every iteration of COD on a PC and would never hack. Are ALL PC players hackers?!?! No. It's as prevalent among console players as it is with PC. Don't know even get me started on Cronos Zen and the like. BTW....console players can opt out of playing with PC players, but the reverse is not true.

Im a pcplayer, and in pc only games i dont see a big problem with cheating. But when crossplay started
the big whining began.......how come?

That would normally be true however you have forgot about p.c pass and game pass and i know about cronos. Microsoft much follow sony and ban it from xbox's

so i may have got the year wrong but i have played all the cod's from world at war and by the way i started gamming on a zx 81 then a zx spectrum

Today, in Afghan, I see the replay of my death, a man with a Kar98 who was running at full speed who jumps from the top of the plane, blindly, who only presses jump and shoot without zoom, he doesn't even move the camera stick.
That same man, later, did the same to me, he jumps and shoots without zoom and without moving the camera and kills me.

This ruins the experience completely.
Before I played without assists on PS5 and now with mouse and keyboard on PC, and I know that you have to make sure of the shots, it's not free, well, unless you use the controller assist and ruin the experience for everyone.

I feel your pain and agree was probalily using a cronus set up and was cheating i would have reported him if he did it more than twice i have said that microsoft must ban the use of cronus from x-box like sony baned it from playstation hopefully bo6 will be better
