Voice chat names stuck on the screen

So, I have not been able to find anyone else with this issue. When I play and have voice chat on. At some point, 4 people will talk at once in between matches. When they do their names with the little speaking microphone will stay on my screen for the rest of the time until I reset the game. Like, these people haven't been on my server since 12 games ago and every round their names just stay on the right side of my screen as if they are talking. It is not a major issue with gameplay just annoying and I know it's not supposed to be there. Just wondering if I am the only one. I am on Steam and on the bright side they seem to have fixed the issue with constant crashes! I added a screenshot. These folks had not been in my game for over 6 mathes.

Mine is the same. How do you get rid of them?

Sounds to me like possibly you need to check some Audio settings in the game settings. I found this youtube video that may show some possible things that need to be adjusted. I learnt a few things from it so it wont be a waste of a few minutes.

Good Luck!
