A couple of things and I am assuming that you are on a PC.

>Check the Audio in your game settings and make sure that everything is selected for you sound device no matter what the type is. For example, I use a Sound Blaster addon card so I make sure that my settings are set for Sound Blaster for output and that the microphone is also selected for that sound card.

> Next thing to check is in Windows. In the Search window on the taskbar type in Sound. (See the image below). Now check the 4 tabs in there to make sure that your sound source is the "Default" and that they are all set for the same one. For example, in mine it did show that Sound Blaster was selected for everything yet I have a USB audio being detected. I simply disabled those ones.

If this doesnt work for you then I am not sure what is happening but it won't hurt to run the games Scan and Repair to see if that helps.

Ok, Im going to need more info on your rig. In image is fine but I need to know if that is coming from a usb sound card like is typically found on some headphones sort of thing. Is it connected to the onboard soundcard (Realtek usually). Are you using headphones or desktop speakers? What are the other tabs from that image set at?

I am going to assume that you have a Razer Blackshark set up. Click the link below and it will show what the initial settings should be but Im thinking that you should possibly be using the Razer Synapse 3 software too.

BlackShark setup

Another thing is that however you have it setup you will have to make sure to check the ingame settings for Audio and double check that the sources match completely if possibly instead of this going with the "Default Device". The drop down menu should show your exact sound hardware.
