Why is my download speed limited at 1mb/s by playing cod: cold war on pc?

Like the title says, my default download speed is 300mb/s but when i open call of duty cold war it says 1mb/s on speedtest and i can't find any match.

Hi,
in my case, my download speed is 100 Mbit, but Cod says it is at 30. That's no problem. The main thing is, that the game runs fine.

deselected the throttling in the launcher under download.
