After the last update of COD MWII apparently, my operating system Windows 11 Pro isn't compatible how is that even posible?

I need help to fix this. I already unistall COD, check the compatibility.

Are you using a insider/preview/beta version of Windows 11? If so it has been causing problems with other people.

Go look here Settings > Windows update > Update History > Uninstall Updates and see if you have any beta builds and then uninstall them and see if that works.
