Zombies mode Bug- Inability to use most buttons in middle of match...

This is now the 3rd time in 2 days that I will be in the middle of a zombies match and most of my buttons simply stop working.
(IT IS NOT A CONTROLLER ISSUE)
It will go from working fine to not able to shoot, can't sprint, can't killstreak, can't melee, etc. etc. etc.
If you're lucky to get to an exfil site, you better hope other people are there because the square button don't work to pop the exfil.
So the answer is die and lose all of your stuff.
Two of my friends have also experienced this issue at seperate times than me.

Yep have seen that myself

Also self revive and your stuck with a pen sticking you mode and you cant toggle out of it. only thing you can do is die and pray someone nearby will rez you
