    I've been using the speed boost exo ability & the grenade launcher. The speed boost helps me out quite a bit in the game modes that I play (Domination, Uplink, Kill Confirmed), and so does the grenade when I time it properly.

    Match making - how does it work

    I could be wrong, but I don't believe they match up players based on skill. To me, it feels like players are generally matched up on their ping to a server. Maybe there's some small use of "skill" behind the scenes that we don't see, but I doubt it's the highest ranking for matchmaking.

    Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare service is not available at this time ERROR

    I've had this issue a few times too. On Xbox One, I just quit out of the game/app, wait a few seconds, then load it back up. That has worked 100% of the time when I get the server error message for me.
