Assigned Keybindings

I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. Go into your "Settings" (Keybindings) and your custom action to a keybinding that you deem fit for said action. But once you log out of the game and then re-inter some of those keybindings fall back to its default. The same goes for the Game Settings. You select toggle or hold/mounting your weapon and so on just to have them fall back to its default once I log back in. Its kinda trusting as hell because every time you log back into a game you need to go over all your setting once again to make sure it hasn't gone back to its default settings.
