Hi guys.
I've been having a problem for a long time.
Whenever I'm in a match of these games (Warzone, Modern warfare, Cold war), I press the ESC key (to go to options) and the game takes me out of the match, returning to the home screen when we turn on the game for the first time "Getting online profile" and then enters the menu. I don't know what to do, I've tried everything, even uninstalling and installing again. It does not solve. Unfortunately no one else has this problem apparently, as I looked for solutions and can't find anything on the subject.
I need help because game support is not a big deal.
