Brutal. Call of Duty is getting punched hard this year.
It feels like karma right now. When Infinite Warfare was released with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered, Activision got kicked on their legs. Infinite Warfare was good, but it was one of the worst selling games in franchise history, and Battlefield 1 brought some traffic to their front door.
Modern Warfare Remastered carried Call of Duty that year.
Here, Battlefield 6 is literally kicking Call of Duty on the balls, and being punched on the stomach. I can see blood being spit. This is it. Think of it like Cell spitting his gore out. Bro, this is it. If I was Electronic Arts, I stay put and DO NOTHING. SHUT UP. Let it go. Let it flow. Don't do ANYTHING.
Only thing I would do if I was EA is put marketing in there. That's it. Put gasoline on that marketing fire.
