Hi i really need help please [PC] Shadow texture glitch from distance

I am having really bad trouble with my shadows in game. I have tried changing my graphics settings to all different settings but nothing is working.

I'm having this same issue. I even spoke to Nivida support for an hour and they acted like I was seeing things lol. I asked the CS rep If he had ever played games he said, no. lol
