As a COD player since 2007 I have always felt that this one statistic has had the most monumental and destructive, negatively speaking, effect on how a very large portion of players play the game (ESPECIALLY OBJECTIVE BASED MODES!!) and my opinion has not changed.
As far as I am concerned it can stay gone, but I understand that's entirely unfair on those to whom it matters.
As such, I advocate for the same thing I have done for over a decade.
Only TDM/FFA, for example, should have any effect on ones K/D ratio - when they finally bring it back.
Watch how much more fun everyone has, esp in objective based modes, where people can actually PLAY TO HF AND WIN!!..... FREEDOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!
