im looking into live streaming and have a good webcam but i think i need a capture device like an evga xr1 anybody got any info on what i need.thanks

What kind of livestreaming you trying to do?
CoDMWII on PC? Camera on monitor?
In that case, you need a capture card that can handle up to 4K resolution recording.
And a program. Most streamers use OBS.

yeah just some gaming who knows what else, never done it before looks like it might be fun.
I'm looking to do livestreams too..
I'm gonna need a computer that can handle it. Currently, I'm streaming from my PS4, but it does has some drawbacks, such as loss of footage (which looks like your video skipped a few frames).
Anyway, you're gonna need a mic.
Watch some videos on YouTube and learn how livestreams look.
