Lost Connection to matchmaking after the last update

I keep getting "Lost Connection to matchmaking" after the last update. If I somehow mange to play a game, very soon this dreaded error appears . Does anyone have this issue.
P.S. It persists after I reinstalled the game and even after synching accounts blizzard with activision
