I feel it's really strange that a player can shoot me at point blank range with an RPG and not sustain any damage himself.
But then I don't look for realism in a game.

Same thing can be said about Flash grenades. They don't do anything but Flash.
But in reality they are supposed to blind, disorient, and deafen a person.
But alas we are playing Call of Duty.
