Wasnt sure if I should put this thread in xbox discussion or here so Im sorry if its in the wrong place.. please move it if need be.
I have 2 accounts on my xbox. The one I play on, and the one I use for my xbox gold and any DLCs I want to redeem/buy. For reasons that arent important Im unable to redeem/buy anything on my main account.. cant use codes.. cant buy gold.. nothing. So I use another account for all that and everything gets shared to my main account. I just bought the nanotech weapon camo and the USA exosuit but im unable to use them on my main account... is this intended? I have about 3 other DLCs ive bought/redeemed on my other account and they share between both just fine, except these. Ive called xbox... they went through all the delete this delete that reinstall this reinstall that BS that i didnt expect to help at all anyway... they claim this DLC MUST be profile specific.. which i find hard to believe that these DLCs are the ONLY thing on xbox not shareable... so here I am. On the weapon camo screen in the game... all the DLC camos are locked and below the lock it says "This item is unlocked with DLC". The nanotech camo i bought is locked but it doesnt say that message below it... so the xbox knows its on my console im guessing.
Anyways is this a bug/glitch that needs to be fixed or is this intentional? Because like I said i have 3 other DLCs that get shared over just fine. Thanks for the help.
