When the female soldier is talking to Herr Fisher and early in the conversation you are given the options: "leave" - F key and "password code" - unbound key. I am unable to access the unbound option. I have tried every key on my keyboard with no luck and can't proceed. ANy Ideas?

That sounds like a minor PC glitch.
If you have twitter, ask Activision Support, or go to their support page. Also, make sure you read the book the officer gave you in the beginning of the mission...
