Call of Duty: Modern Warfare PS4 Multiplayer Help

Hi everyone, I have Call of Duty: Modern Warfare for PS4. Currently, Warzone and Campaign work fine, but Multiplayer does not.

On the home page it says "Install Suspended" for Multiplayer. When I then click on Multiplayer it takes me to another screen and says "There is no content. It might not be for sale yet, or might no longer be for sale."

I have no idea how to fix this. I uninstalled the game yesterday and redowloaded it from the disc (I have the disc version, I did not buy it from the online store). I'm unsure of why this has happened as I have played Multiplayer in the past.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Just out of curiosity, did you purchase the disc version of the game from the geographical region you're located in?
