The game keeps putting me in a server queue? I’m in UK it’s happened at least 4 times in nearly 2 weeks. It now says l have 20 minutes waiting time but this keeps going forever? Why does this keep happening?

I'd say Server maintenance to install new updates and housekeeping, if I were to guess.

Yes it does say for maintenance or there was an error, it happened again yesterday! I just think it’s to many times

I know what you mean, yesterday I had a half hour gap open up and it would have been perfect for a couple of games of cabin fever but the servers were down.
Here's the thing though, if they don't do these things then they will never be able to fix issues and due to the nature of the software there will always be issues that need to be fixed.
At least they try to announce when they are planning to take servers offline, unless it's an emergency, but sudden shutdown periods are rare.
